About the author

Dr Renly Lim, a pharmacist and researcher, is on a mission to empower children and parents with knowledge on the safe and effective use of medicines.

She lives in Adelaide with her husband and 4-year old daughter, both as chill as a popsicle on a summer day. When she's not immersed in her research, you will find her lost in the pages of magical tales with her daughter.

Originally from Malaysia, Renly adores Malaysian street food, but she's equally addicted to raspberries and blueberries.

About the illustrator

Pei Jee Ng is a creative professional based in Melbourne, with a diverse skillset honed over the past 6 years. Pei works full time as a lead graphic designer for a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company specialising in pet treats. However, her true creative passion lies in illustration, a craft she has been indulging in since her high school days.

Recently, Pei has had the opportunity to apply these illustrative talents to children's book projects, delighting young readers with captivating visuals.

Outside of her creative work, she enjoys exploring her love of food by trying out different cuisines and recipes.
